Shipping policy

At Great Lakes Golf, our mission is not only to provide you with high-quality products but also to make a positive impact on the world. To achieve this, we have adopted a shipping policy that enables us to keep our costs down and maximize our charitable giving. 

Processing Time: Please note that all orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. While this processing time may be a little longer than you're used to, it allows us to maintain our commitment to giving back while still delivering your order as efficiently as possible.

Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and priority options. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the selected method and your location. You can find detailed information on available shipping methods and estimated delivery times at checkout. Shipping is non-refundable.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. You can track your order using the provided link.

Shipping Delays: In the event of shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, Great Lakes Golf is not responsible for any delays or damages incurred during transit. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: Great Lakes Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim. 

Any orders returned to Great Lakes Golf due to an incorrect shipping address will be subject to a $10 fee to cover the cost of re-shipping the order. Customers will be notified by our customer service team to confirm the correct shipping address. An invoice will be sent via email to pay the fee - once paid, the order will be sent back out to the corrected address.
